How much does an office in Hamburg cost?
Furnished offices start at €700 per month plus statutory VAT. The actual price depends on room size, the number of workstations and the agreed services. Additional services are listed in your offer.
Which costs are included?
A Private Office includes furniture, internet access, daily cleaning, electricity, utilities and access to shared office areas. Drinks, additional office services, copies and meeting rooms may carry extra charges. Your individual offer specifies the applicable services and costs.
Can I use my office in the evenings and at weekends?
24/7 access is available for your agreed office use. Our team is on site Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–16:00. Other appointments are available by arrangement.
How long do I need to rent an office?
The rental term is agreed individually. Tell us your planned start date and expected duration. Your contract specifies the applicable term and termination provisions.
Can I book meeting rooms separately?
Yes. Meeting and conference rooms at the location can be booked online through anny. Check the platform for availability, equipment and the applicable price. Meeting room use is not automatically included in the office starting price.
How do I get to the Colonnaden?
Jungfernstieg, Gänsemarkt and Stephansplatz are nearby. The location is accessible by public transport. Paid public car parks in central Hamburg are available if you travel by car.
